Hi my name is phil joy and I am working as the Chef at The Loaf bakery/deli in Crich,

The Loaf is a very busy and vibrant place, all bread and café food are handmade on the premises daily, we source local produce and use only the best ingredients.

    Hi Phil,
    I enjoyed my sunday morning breakfast the the loaf this morning, great for me that you open up at 09:00 as I miss popping out for a nice sunday brekkie before a walk, cycle etc. Love the recipes on your blog. Looking forward to a nice vegetarian breakfast in the coming weeks.

    The croissants were also great this afternoon, and I normally get your bread from Jack Rabbits when I am in Derby. Keep up the good work, it IS appreciated.
